What are the rates for a tattoo?
Prices vary according to size, placement, design complexity, number of colors, and whether it's a flash or a project. All of these factors affect the work time (before, during, and after the session for touch-ups) and the amount of single-use material used. For my part, I apply an hourly rate: €100/hr for black and €110/hr for color. I add €30 to €50 for projects depending on the complexity. I always give a price range (generally within €50) so that you know as much as possible about how much you will have to pay. The final price is set at the end of the tattoo depending on the appointment duration.
If I am stressed, can I come accompanied?
Accompanying persons are limited to one. They can either accompany you to the door and then leave, or stay during the session, but they will be with us, as the waiting room and the tattoo room are in the same area. You need to be okay with that.
I'm not sure about the placement yet, can I decide on-site?
We can definitely see on-site. I just ask for an idea of the placement by email because I need to know if the person wants an area that I don't tattoo or a more complex area that will increase the price of the tattoo. But everything is always adaptable on the day when placing the stencil.
How to book a flash?
You can find all my flashes in the tattoo tab under flashes. They are presented as in an online shop, which allows you to book the flash(es) you like by paying the €50 deposit directly. To do this, you just have to add the flash to your cart, pay, and you will receive an email from me in the following days so that we can set an appointment.
What are the aftercare instructions?
Clean with water and neutral soap and apply a healing cream like Cicalfate starting from three days post-tattoo (we let the wound close with or without a second-skin bandage). Be careful not to apply too much cream: you must let your tattoo breathe. No sun, swimming pool, bath, or spa for a month. And above all: do not scratch the scabs! Once the wound has healed and the scabs have fallen off, you must protect your tattoo with SPF 50 sunscreen as soon as you expose it to the sun.
It is recommended not to exercise in the days following the appointment. As long as the tattoo is not healed, you must avoid friction that could tear off the scabs too soon. Furthermore, when you work out, you expose your tattoo to sweat and therefore to risks of infection. If you can avoid it for at least the first four days, that's great.
Can I ask for a modification to a flash?
It depends a bit on which flash. I take it case by case. Sometimes it matters to me to make the flash as I imagined it, sometimes I don't mind changing it A LITTLE. A small modification might be free, but from a certain stage, I may ask for financial compensation. You can also ask me for a project based on one or more existing flashes so that I can realize exactly what you want.
How to book a project?
By going to the tattoo tab and then custom project, you will find all the info concerning custom projects as well as a form to fill out. Once I have received your form, it will take me a few days to process it, because it requires more reflection than for a flash.
In what case could I not get tattooed?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
If on the day of the appointment your skin has lesions (eczema outbreak, hives, pimples, recent scar, wound, etc.).
If you are a minor without being accompanied by one of your legal guardians. And if you are under 16 even if accompanied.
If you are a hemophiliac or under anticoagulant treatment, prior medical advice is essential.
If you are diabetic, immunocompromised, or have other major health issues, seek advice from your doctor beforehand.
How to prepare for my appointment?
Avoid alcohol, drugs, and any anticoagulant medication the day before and the day of. Do not expose your skin too much to the sun (we do not tattoo on a sunburn) and you can hydrate it in the previous days. Get enough rest and eat before coming or remember to bring a snack for after.
What outfit should I wear?
I advise you to come in an outfit that is comfortable for you. If we are tattooing your legs, you can bring shorts or wear loose pants/a skirt that can be easily pulled up. If we are tattooing near your chest and you are not comfortable, a cardigan or a shirt can be very practical. We ban light colors and your favorite clothes: tattoos can stain.
Can I get tattooed on a scar? A mole?
I can tattoo over a scar if it is old enough, white, and not too raised. For moles, it depends on their size and appearance. Small ones like freckles are not a problem. But if we are in doubt, we either place the stencil in a way not to go over it, or we "skip" it by tattooing around it. You can also ask for medical advice beforehand to reassure yourself.
I'm afraid it will hurt ...
Pain is subjective and depends on the area. It is a chosen pain, so mentally more "easy" to manage. Most people who come to see me with the fear of pain are surprisingly surprised (in a good way!). And anyway, we can take breaks, we can also finally do it in several sessions if needed for large tattoos. In short, we adapt ;)

I am an individual, is it possible to place a custom order?
Of course! I create custom digital portraits but also all kinds of drawings, collages... Just know that this represents a high amount of work time and therefore the price is not accessible to everyone. Don't hesitate to fill out this form by giving me as much information as possible so that I can provide a quote. You can find different custom projects I have created in the portfolio section.
What is the average creation time?
Generally between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the complexity, the exchange phases (sketches, color palette, finishing touches), and my availability relative to other ongoing projects.
What copyright is included?
For personal use, you have private reproduction rights. You can publish it on your social networks as long as you credit me (@jackline.artist on Instagram).
For commercial use (logo, merchandising), an assignment of rights contract is established (depending on the duration and scale of use as well as the number of media used).
I am a professional and I am wondering what type of contract/work might interest you?
I am open to any type of project as long as the work aligns with my intersectional feminist, ecological, and social justice values, and for the freedom of everyone, regardless of origin, gender, romantic orientation, or disability.
Whether it be youth illustration, adult comics, covers or visuals for novels, visual communication such as posters, logos, flyers, or art direction for a venue open to the public (logo work, menu, programs, mural or window painting...). The best thing is to fill out this form indicating the project as fully as possible so that I can provide feedback on the feasibility of the project and possibly draw up a quote.

How are shipping costs calculated?
The price of the stamp depends on the total weight of the package (weight of each item + the weight and cost of the envelope). I always round up to the next euro to cover part of my handling work.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
I am independent and I juggle between managing my business as a tattoo artist and illustrator. I am not a big company so I am not able to deliver in 2 days. However, I do everything to send orders as quickly as possible. You can count on between 3 and 8 business days. It may take a little longer during the holiday season, so think about anticipating. You will be able to follow the progress of your package thanks to the tracking number I sent you.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
You have fourteen days to return your purchase in its original condition. Shipping costs are at your expense. And once the item is received, if it is indeed in good condition, I will be able to issue a refund. Be aware that this does not apply to custom creations.
My order arrived damaged...
Once the package is sent, I am no longer responsible for risks related to transport. When you receive the package, check the condition of the envelope and at the slightest doubt, take a picture of it from several angles. In case of damage to the items, you must make a claim on the La Poste website within three days of delivery.
